Welcome to Performance Pilates
Lymphatic Drainage and Detoxification
Your lymphatic system is an essential network of tissues and organs that flushes your body of cellular waste and toxins. Unlike your cardiovascular system, which has your heart pumping and moving blood, the lymphatic system requires movement to mobilise this fluid.
If the lymphatic system becomes stagnant or congested, symptoms such as facial puffiness, bloating, cellulite, myofascial pain, digestive issues, joint inflammation or an impaired immune response may be experienced.
Lymphatic Drainage through movement, muscle contraction and specialised massage aid in flushing out toxins from your system.
Now available at Performance Pilates, Body Roll massage machines are the premier device for lymphatic drainage massage in Leederville.
