A Quick Consultation
Before stepping into our infrared sauna in Leederville, you’ll meet with one of our physiotherapists. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your desired results and answer any questions you have about the treatment. Many of our clients like to schedule their time in the Cocoon after one of their exercise classes.

Sit Back & Relax
You’ll undress partially for your time in the wellness pod. Then, you get to just sit back and relax as the infrared light gently heats your body. In addition to the infrared energy, the Cocoon offers vibration massage settings that further aid in muscle recovery and boost circulation. Sessions can last 30 to 60 minutes.

Cool Down
Most clients notice the benefits of the Cocoon pod after just one session. Infrared therapy is safe to use as often as you would like, many clients opt for 2 to 3 sessions a week. If you’re using the infrared sauna pod for targeted treatment or recovery, your physiotherapist will help you develop an ideal schedule.
