Movement, exercise rehab and strength and conditioning programmes are prescribed to facilitate rehabilitation after an injury, to modulate pain, for prehab and to prepare for athletic events, to inspire participation and to encourage active ageing.
Each exercise prescribed is designed to challenge your strength and endurance as well as fully integrate the movement of the spine with the extremities to achieve optimal performance.
We aim to educate and empower our clients so that they can do what they love while feeling, looking and performing at their best. No matter your fitness level, we can meet you where you are. Let us help your body reach its full potential.
Our Physios and practitioners will collaborate with you to tailor a programme to meet your individual goals, empowering you with the confidence and knowledge to achieve and maintain long-term results.

Role of Exercise Rehab
COMPLEX OR CHRONIC PAIN
Our Physiotherapists are movement specialists with experience in using exercise for modulation or management of pain in the long term.
Exercise has been shown to improve mental health and well-being while improving functional mobility, building strength and endurance, and bringing back purpose and quality of life.
ACUTE INJURY MANAGEMENT
Physical therapy through neuromuscular exercise is safe to regain mobility, strength and function following an acute injury. Targeted conditioning can restore full range of motion, strength and endurance and reduce the risk of re-injury as a preventative measure.
RETURN TO PLAY
Our Physiotherapists prescribe evidence-based and sports-specific return-to-play programmes tailored to each individual athlete to minimise the risk of re-injury. Sports conditioning and pilates-based programmes reduce time off from training, helping to maintain condition, neuromuscular control and mental health and well-being.
RUNNING CLINIC
Our Physiotherapists assist runners in developing the skills required to run efficiently – mobility, motor control, functional stability, strength and endurance.
Analysis of running technique can identify biomechanical or muscle imbalances to be addressed in an exercise rehab or conditioning programme with load management when returning to play.

Your physiotherapist will collaborate with and support you on your healing journey. You will be empowered to decide on a plan of treatment commencing with Physiotherapist prescribed exercise rehab and movement therapy. We recommend progressing from exercise rehab sessions to group Reformer Pilates classes for the best results. Hands-on physiotherapy can also help with muscle recovery.
2
Follow Your Plan
A combination of clinical pilates, free weights, functional exercises and yoga therapy may be incorporated into your exercise rehab or sports conditioning programme progressing to group Reformer classes to optimise a positive outcome.
3
Optimise Your Outcome
Your physiotherapist will collaborate with you to prescribe and adjust your exercise programme based on your needs and progress. Outcomes vary for each individual depending on pre-injury status, area and degree of dysfunction and intensity of exercise. A 3 to 6 month commitment is recommended to achieve positive measurable results.
