Performance Pilates & Physiotherapy offers a variety of strength and conditioning, PT exercise and circuit classes in Leederville.
Our Full-Body Circuit class is led by a qualified exercise and sports scientist and strength and conditioning specialist and is a great way to stay motivated and receive a tailored exercise plan.
Strength & Conditioning Personal Training programmes are conducted in either a 1:1 or a 1:2 format to receive dedicated attention from your trainer. Our boutique circuit classes offer a small group maximum of 4 participants.

Build Your Program
You can get started by signing up for any of our circuit classes in Leederville. We can also work with you to develop a program based on your goals and current fitness level. Many of our students enjoy combining multiple classes throughout the week.

Follow Your Plan
Our circuit classes are 55 minutes long and can be taken privately or in a small group of no more than 4 participants. Small classes ensure your instructor can provide adequate attention to each participant. You’ll receive guidance on how to perform the exercises safely and with proper form.

Enjoy Your Results
Depending on your goals, it may take a couple of weeks to start seeing improvements after starting your training. Your physiotherapist will work with you to adjust your program as you continue to make progress.

What to Bring to Class
A few things to bring with you to your circuit classes in Leederville:

Our courses are led by our physiotherapists and conditioning experts. Each of our circuit classes in Leederville lasts 55 minutes. With small class sizes (no more than 4 participants), you’ll have plenty of attention from your instructor to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts.
- How often should I work out?

Most of our students enjoy 2 to 3 sessions a week—some need more or less depending on their goals and fitness level. It’s important to allow yourself enough time for rest in between your workouts. Your instructor can help you develop a schedule that works for you.
