Performance Pilates on Angelo is a client-focused centre for health and wellness, integrating science with holistic, mindful movement. Our integrative approach draws from the hands-on treatments of traditional physiotherapy and incorporates targeted exercise classes. Each of our clients has the option to enjoy a personalised program designed by their Physiotherapist or Pilates Instructor.
A Unique Integrative Approach
We focus on cultivating whole-body strength to keep you doing the things you love the most. Our movement and exercise therapies can be used for rehab or “prehab” to prevent inefficient or faulty movement habits that cause neck and back pain, poor posture, or injury.

We recommend starting with our introductory course packages. It’s great to take a Pilates studio session with one of the instructors, first, so that you can learn the techniques with hands-on instruction. They can then guide you to one of our Reformer Fundamentals classes.
