About Performance Pilates

Performance Pilates & Physiotherapy was established in 2003, one of the first studios to offer Pilates and physiotherapy in Perth. Our allied health practitioner team includes experienced physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise and sports scientists, and remedial massage therapists. We offer a comprehensive range of treatment, exercise, and movement therapies.

We offer comprehensive Rehabilitation programs incorporating Clinical Pilates and hands-on Physiotherapy techniques, based on current medical research with an empathetic and personalised holistic focus.
