Consisting of 1 x Initial Consultation, 1 x Private sessions, 2 x Semi-private sessions & 3 x Allegro Reformer class sessions & a pair of Pilates socks

PILATES STUDIO SESSIONS

Qualified Pilates Instructor
All sessions are 55 mins in duration

Initial (Private) Consultation - $80
Private Session (1 to 1) - $80
Semi-Private Session (1 to 3) - $45 casual visit or $400 for block of 10

POWERPLATE™ SESSIONS

We chose to incorporate the PowerPlate™ vibration platform in our Pilates Studio Session workouts.
If you prefer, you may chose to utilize the PowerPlate alone as per the Private or semi-private session rates as published above in Pilates Studio Sessions.
Please note that a maximum of 20mins cumulative vibration time is recommended per session.
